How do I access my order’s tracking information?

Go to ‘My Account’ from the PureGear homepage. In the Account Navigation Menu, click ‘My Orders.’ Here you can check the status of any open orders you may have.

What are your shipping methods?

When you place your order, you have the option of selecting one of two shipping methods: Ground or 2nd Day Air (Second Business Day). PureGear does not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or on U.S. national holidays. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses or international addresses.

My item is under warranty. Why do I have to pay for shipping and handling?

To claim a warranty replacement, there is a shipping and handling fee.
