How do I connect my bluetooth keyboard to my tablet?
Locate the OFF/ON button on the Bluetooth Keyboard and slide to the ON position. • iOS Users: o Tap the SETTINGS icon on your Apple device. o Tap on BLUETOOTH and tap to turn ON o Press down on the CONNECT button until the Bluetooth icon on the keyboard flashes. o Find and tap on PureGear 8IN KB in the DEVICES list, this pairs/connects the keyboard to your device. • Android Users: o Tap the SETTINGS icon on your Android tablet. o Tap on BLUETOOTH and tap to turn ON. o Press down on the CONNECT button until the Bluetooth icon on the keyboard flashes. o Tap SEARCH FOR DEVICE on your tablet. o Find and tap on PureGear 8IN KB in the AVAILABLE DEVICES list, this pairs/connects the keyboard to your device.
How do I charge my Powerbank?
Use the provided USB 2.0 to Micro USB cable and insert the Micro plug into the Micro USB port on the battery. Plug the USB 2.0 into your existing wall charger, car charger, or computer. The status indicator lights will flash to show charging has begun. When battery is fully charged, the lights will stop charging.
How do I charge my bluetooth keyboard?
Use the included charging cable, and insert the USB B connector (smaller connector) to your Bluetooth Keyboard into the small USB port. 2. Plug the USB A connector (larger connector) into a power adapter or your computer. 3. The CHARGE indicator light will be red when charging. When the keyboard is fully charged, the light will go off.

Are there any fees involved with a warranty product replacement?
There is a shipping and handling fee on all warranty replacement.
What products qualify for a warranty replacement?
PureGear has a 30 day money back guarantee on all purchases placed directly from our website, www.Pure-Gear.com. Purchases made at Amazon® or eBay® do not qualify for this guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, please first email customer.service@pure-gear.com to start the return process. All returns require sending back the product with its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After the 30 day grace period, PureGear will not accept returns unless the item is defective under our warranty terms. Unfortunately, PureGear cannot process refunds for items purchased at other retailers.

What does your warranty cover?
Our warranties protect the original customer from defect in material or workmanship. Damages from normal wear and tear, alterations, misuse, neglect, accident, service by non-authorized service centers, or acts of God are not covered under these warranties.
How long does the warranty last?
All PureGear products offer, either a Limited Lifetime Warranty or a One-Year Warranty. The warranty depends on the product purchased.

How can I tell if I have a PPP product?

How do I remove the black rubber pads used in shipping from under the roller wheels?
Simply push down the roller tension lever on the left rear of the machine to release the roller tension, pull out the black rubber pads, and then pull the lever back up.
What do I need to get started?
Everything you need to get started is included in the box! You will receive the PerfeKut cutting machine, a box of accessories that include the power cord, 2 anti-slip mats, 2 squeegees, 15 sheets of screen protection film, additional blades and a screwdriver. You will also need WiFi for your PerfeKut machine to operate.
Will the PerfeKut machine still operate if my store doesn’t have WiFi?
PerfeKut needs to be connected to the Internet either through WiFi or a landline. If your store does not have Wi-Fi, there is an ethernet port on the right side of the machine you can connect directly to an Ethernet port in the wall. However, you will need to purchase the ethernet cable, it is not included with the PerfeKut machine.
