Q: What methods of shipping are avaliable?
A: When you place your order, you have the option of selecting one of two shipping methods: Ground or 2nd Day Air (Second Business Day). PureGear does not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or on U.S. national holidays. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses or international addresses.

Q: How do I update my account?
A: You can update your account 24 hours a day by logging in to your account online.

  1. Go to www.pure-gear.com and click on My Account in the upper right corner of the home page.
  2. Enter your registered email address and password to log in to your account.
  3. Once logged in, you can begin updating your information, including email address, password, contact info, etc.
