We advertise our Sweepstakes through various means. You can find out about them through PureGear’s social media channels, which include Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and others.

Official Rules

SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTRED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH THE SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNEL YOU USE TO LEARN ABOUT OR ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKE.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW AND SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open only to those who are 18 and over as of the date of entry. The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of United States of America and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of PureGear are not eligible to participate or win. 

Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about 1/20/2020 (Monday) and ending 1/27/2020 (Monday). All online entries must be received by 1/27/2020 12:00PM PST.

How to Enter: To enter, follow the instructions stated in the Sweepstakes posting. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. In case of dispute as to identity of Entrant, Entry will be declared made by authorized holder of the social media account used to submit the Entry. Any other attempted form of Entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of Entry are permitted. PureGear is not responsible for network, electronic, or computer failure or any kind of lost, late, incomplete, mutilated, invalid, misdirected entries, all of which will be disqualified. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of PureGear. You may enter multiple times and you must fill in the information requested. Maximum amount of entries is 100.

Prizes: Winner will receive an iPhone 11 Pro Max, 1 KikStik, 1 Camera Lens Protector, and 1 DualTek ($1159). Twenty-five (25) runner ups will receive a KikStik of their choice. Runner ups who watch our live video via Instagram story broadcast will win an additional 10K PureJuice. Must respond live via Instagram story during iPhone sweepstake announcement. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize he/she receives. Winners are required to provide a U.S. shipping address to claim prize and allow up to six (6) weeks for delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for any prizes not delivered or lost during transit. Your winnings is to be considered by the IRS a taxable event, and PureGear is required to issue Selected Entrant to complete additional paperwork, and may be required to provide PureGear with his or her social security number and may be issued a tax form.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing and announced publicly using the social media channel on which the Sweepstake was launched. Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message to be given instruction on how to claim their prize. Only one attempt to contact the Select Entrant will be made. Selected Entrant will be required to respond (as directed in the direct message) within seven (7) calendar days of attempted notification. The failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Terms: By participating, Entrant agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these terms and waive any right to claim ambiguity on the Sweepstake itself or to the Terms. Any portion of the Sweepstakes may be canceled, suspended, and/or modified in whole or in part, if in PureGear’s opinion any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond PureGear’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstake. PureGear reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Entrant may not enter with multiple identities or use any automated system, bot or other device to artifice to enter or obtain more than the maximum number of qualified entries.

Limitation of Liability: PureGear is not responsible for computer malfunctions, network connections, system failure or incompatibility, technical errors, or interruptions in your internet service, and for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged or stolen notifications.

Disputes: Disputed regarding these terms will be governed by the internal laws of the State of California. Decisions of PureGear are binding and final. No claimant in any dispute involving PureGear shall be entitled to claim or obtain indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages.
As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the State of California having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

WINNER LIST: For a list of winners within ninety (90) days of the conclusion of a Sweepstakes, please send your request by mail to PureGear, 15861 Tapia St., Irwindale, CA 91706 ATTN: Winners List (please specify name of the Sweepstakes and the dates during which the Sweepstakes took place). Winner lists will be sent once winner has been verified.
