Our Warranties
PureGear product lines, excluding PureTek™, are covered by a limited One-Year warranty.
PureTek screen shields are covered by a Lifetime warranty.
The Coverage
Our warranties protect the original customer from defect in material or workmanship. Damages from normal wear and tear, alterations, misuse, neglect, accident, service by non-authorized service centers, or acts of God are not covered under these warranties.

PureTek™ Roll-On Registration
Please note, PureTek Roll-On Screen Shield Kits and Refills do not require registration to qualify for the Lifetime Warranty. For more details on replacements, please Click Here.
One Year Limited Warranty
This wireless product is covered by a limited warranty to the original purchaser only in that this product is free from defects in workmanship and materials for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase (damages through normal wear and tear, alteration, misuse, neglect, accident, service by anyone other than the authorized service center, or act of God not included). During the warranty period and upon verification of defects, this wireless product will be replaced when returned with proper proof of purchase. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. For all warranty claims, the product must be returned in accordance with PureGear's return policy.

This product is covered by a lifetime warranty in that this product is free from defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the original owner's device. Damages through normal wear and tear, alteration, misuse, neglect, accident, service by anyone other than the authorized service center, or act of God not included. Upon verification of defects, this product will be replaced when returned with proof of purchase. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use.
